Eleni has produced a calendar for 2007 which features 20 of her recipes along with photos of the stunning Greek scenery. These recipes are simple and tasty. Eleni stresses the importance of bringing out the natural flavors of food while preparing it in a healthy way. She also works to rid people of their fears of Greek food; it's not all grape leaves and humus!
